We had done a front step concrete extension last year, and since the surface colour did not match, we had been searching for a concrete step epoxy surface contractor.   We were very pleased to meet Mark at Durham Epoxy.  Our discoloured front steps were also plagued with old peeling (non professional) paint.   It looked horrible. Mark and his crew completely sanded or ground the surface area, and carefully prepped it including the fill of any imperfections or small holes in the surface.  He spent a considerable amount of preparation time, which impressed us. He later applied a coloured polyaspartic coating (our own choice of colour), and spread a quartz / sand mixture on that.  Then two more coats of clear sealer, leaving a beautiful finish that is both attractive and provides a safe surface texture, necessary for steps. The completed appearance is outstanding.
